What is Dynamic Vinyasa?

Join me for a transformative class where we’ll drop into a deep state of flow! Our journey will unfold to an epic playlist designed to inspire exploration and new movement patterns across your mat.

We’ll dive into traditional yoga poses (asana), and sprinkle in elements from more dynamic practices like animal flow, budakon, and dance choreography. Whether you’re eager to try arm balances, inversions, or push the boundaries of your practice, this class is your playground!

The music is as integral as the movement—let it lead you from a grounding warm-up, through an energizing mid-section that sparks your creativity, and finally into a luscious, restorative cool down to melt into a delightful state of deep rest.

This class is perfect for those with some yoga experience who are looking to enhance their practice with a splash of creativity! Can't wait to guide you on this rhythmic adventure!
